Big Band Christmas II (Conductor Score)

Big Band Christmas II (Conductor Score)

Arr. Carl Strommen

You asked for good Christmas jazz charts that don't take a long time to prepare. Now you've got it! The sequel to his first "Big Band Christmas" chart, Carl Strommen's "Big Band Christmas II" medley is available for your holiday performances. With four great seasonal songs, "Here Comes Santa Claus," "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town," "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," and "Auld Lang Syne," this may be all you need for the holiday season. Carl ties together a mix of styles and tempos, plenty of ensemble work, and short tenor sax and trumpet solos into a nice package. Have fun opening this one! (3:33)
