O Come and See the Baby (Choral Octavo)

O Come and See the Baby (Choral Octavo)

Music by Sally K. Albrecht

A piano fanfare opens this vibrant new original Christmas work by Sally Albrecht. Strong part writing and rhythmic interest add excitement and joy. Then, unexpectedly yet perfectly, the choir sings a touch of Joy to the World: "Joy to the world, a tiny baby is born! let earth receive her King!" Features a brief, optional descant for high voices. Great for mixed choirs of all ages. Appropriate for school or church.
