Nothing Rhymes with Christmas (SoundTrax CD)

Words and music by Julian R. Fleisher / arr. Lisa DeSpain

Broadway veteran and comedian Ana Gasteyer's holiday album is filled with clever gems like this nifty novelty number. Can you think of a rhyme for the word "Christmas?" It's nearly impossible. After several failed attempts, grins, chuckles, and one-liners throughout the jazzy tune, the lyrics conclude that we "don't need a rhyme for Christmas, only you!"
