Grieg: Lyric Pieces, Opp. 12 & 38

Grieg: Lyric Pieces, Opp. 12 & 38 (Book)

By Edvard Grieg / ed. Maurice Hinson

The 16 character pieces found in this volume set a high standard for music written primarily for pedagogical purposes. Grieg's music often reflects the national flavor of his homeland, Norway, which adds to its uniqueness and appeal. Fingerings, pedal indications and metronome marks are Grieg's and the editor has included an informative introduction.
