A Day in the Forest

A Day in the Forest (Book)

By Jon George

Innovative devices make these pieces unusually descriptive: 'Rain...Timidly At First' (composed of 3 black keys in right hand and 3 white keys in left hand, accelerating then retarding) * 'And the Rainbow...Gloriously' (all in the key of C) * 'V.I.P. -- Very Important Porcupine' (making its prickly way on three staves with a left-hand ostinato).
